1. Return & Exchange Policy

• We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. No Refund Policy

• We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

• Customers can only opt for exchange or store credit.

3. Exchange Conditions

• Customers must purchase another item of equal or higher value.

• If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

4. Price Variation Clause

• Since we deal in gold and diamonds, prices are subject to market fluctuations.

• Exchange value will be calculated based on:

  • Original purchase rate

  • Current market rate

• Any difference due to rate changes must be borne by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Items damaged due to misuse
